Good nutrition combined with physical activity are important parts of leading a healthy lifestyle, you diet can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases and promote your overall health.
Exercise Regularly
Get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week vigorous aerobic activity. You can also do a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. The guidelines suggest that you spread out this exercise during the course of a well.
As a general goal, you should aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

Drink Lots of Water
Water is amazing! It helps flush our systems of waste products and toxins, yet many people go through life hydrated – causing tiredness, low energy, and headaches. It common to mistake thirst for hunger, so staying hydrated will also help you maker healthier food choices. Your level of dehydration can also affect your overall performance in both your workouts and everyday activities.
Aim for 8-10 glasses of water per day. Calculate your specific water intake needs here: Are You Drinking Enough Water?
Eat Healthy Food
Eating a healthy, balanced diet provides nutrients to your body. These nutrients give you energy and keep your beating, your brain active, and your muscles working. Nutrition also help build and strengthen bones, muscles, and tendons and also regulate body processes, such as blood pressure.
