Ultimate Reset Cleanse – Day 5 and 6
Day 5 & 6 of my Ultimate “Reset Cleanse”! Oatmeal for breakfast mixed with some fruit and maple syrup, that was awesome. Quinoa salad for lunch; it was pretty good, but I think I overdid it on the parsley, it was a bit much. That along with some fresh veggies and humus, which I mixed with a little garlic. That was a pretty good combo. Stir fry again for dinner and it was as good the 2nd time!
