Hey Team!
Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mothers out there! One of the traditions that we have at my house on birthdays and both Mother’s and Father’s day; is breakfast in bed. The kids really get into helping out on Mother’s Day, I have no idea how much they help on Father’s Day… I haven’t been told what is on the menu for this weekend, but I’m sure that whatever it is, it will be enjoyed my Mom.
What are your plans for this Mother’s Day weekend? What traditions do you have?
Pretty much 2 weeks into my P90X2/Insanity: The Asylum round and I am feeling great. I upped my carb percentage this week to about 35-40%. Man, what a difference that made. I was a bit sluggish last week and feeling much better.
How’s everybody else doing? We’ve had some great interactions within the private team group on Facebook. I encourage everyone to keep using this resource to ask questions, provide positive feedback to others, welcome new team members, etc… If you have a Facebook account and are not yet apart of this group and would like to be, please send me an email or a message via Facebook and I can add you to the group!

Meet Terry – P90X2
Many of you have seen my P90X2 Results video; actually more than 6300 people have viewed the video on YouTube in just over 3 weeks! Thanks for all of those who were gracious enough to share it with others, I really appreciate that.
I have another video I would like to share with everyone, this time of someone that is not even on my team. His name is Terry and he was a part of my P90X2 Challenge Group and we became pretty good friends throughout the 90 days. He is a great guy and had some incredible results. P90X Certification
P90X Certification is currently open only to Team Beachbody coaches. But that is going to change in the near future. You can now become P90X Certified! So what does that mean? The P90X Certification program is designed to provide participants with the training, tools and foundation to teach P90X classes, and train clients in the P90X program.
Phase 1: P90X Qualification:*
P90X Qualification is an online learning program comprised of 11 chapters and quizzes with audio and visual presentations, which goes beyond the in P90X Fitness Guide to provide an even deeper level of knowledge about P90X.
Phase 2: P90X Certification Training Workshop:
A 2-day, intensive workshop with hands on instruction by Beachbody Master Instructors. The training workshop includes classroom style instruction, utilizing a comprehensive curriculum binder, as well as hands-on demonstrations in a gym setting, and a customized group workout. Participants will gain a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutritional science, especially as they relate to the P90X program. The course will also provide information about teaching, cuing, and training clients in the P90X program. Participants will be tested on their knowledge at the end of the workshop with both a written and a practical exam.
*Note: you must complete P90X Qualification at least 7 days prior to attending the P90X Certification Training Workshop.
