Hey Team!
Well…I am officially a year older this week. My wife asked me if I feel any older. My immediate thought/response was “NO”! I had just finished my Ab Ripper X2 routine, so while I was worn out, I felt great! I think my actual reply was something like the following: “If I hadn’t been able to get through that routine, then I might have felt a bit older…”
That’s one of the amazing things about maintaining an active, healthy life style; you feel FANTASTIC and ENERGETIC. Regardless of where you are with your fitness program, each time you make the decision to “Push Play”, your body and its health are going to benefit. Your 40 or 50 year old body will be drastically different if you put in the time now to change your habits and your perception on how the effect health and fitness have on your body.
Please understand that you only have one body and one life. Some people use this as an excuse to eat whatever they want, neglect their bodies to the point of obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, etc.., while others take a different approach and ensure that the majority of their lives are not spent wishing and saying to themselves; “I need to get into shape”
DO IT NOW, WHY WAIT! IT’S NEVER GOING TO BE THE “RIGHT TIME” TO START! MAKE IT HAPPEN.
With that being said, nobody is perfect. I know I am not. I have slip-ups from time to time; I may not give it my all on a particular exercise. That’s perfectly OK, don’t dwell on it…move on and get yourself back on track as quickly as possible.
The key to success is consistency in effort. This is applicable in both your personal and professional life.

Are You Experiencing Overtraining Symptoms?
I f you are like me, you want to get the most out of your workout each and every day. Sometimes that means pushing your body as far and as hard as you can. However, if that is done too often and for too long without proper recovery, you are going to wear yourself out.
