Sorry about not sending out a check-in last week, a bit of a hiatus while at the Coach Summit in Las Vegas. It was a great experience to meet so many other passionate coaches from around the country who are committed to make a difference in other people’s lives and start the movement to END THE TREND OF OBESITY. I was fortunate enough to be accompanied on the trip with my lovely wife and twin girls. The schedule shift due to time zone differences was a little rough at first, but they did awesome. Thanks girls for an awesome weekend!

Body Beast

Insanity: The Asylum – Volume 2

The follow-up to the original and this time it is entitled Elite Training. The new program will be available Fall 2012, but no specific date has been given. LES MILLS Pump: Combat

An evolution to the original LES MILLS Pump, this new program combines more kick boxing style workouts. We got a taste of this new program in the Super Workout with 5000 other Team Beachbody coaches and it was totally different for me…But if you are a LES MILL fan, this will be something you will want to check out. Pre-orders will be available this coming fall with a December 2012 availability date. I’ll pass along details once they are made available to me.
