Hey Team!
What an exhausting week! Glad it is pretty much over. Very busy at work this week and combine that with all of the craziness of this X2/Asylum hybrid…my alarm keeps going off earlier and earlier, or at least it feels that way…! I actually have a 3-day weekend coming up and we are taking the older kiddos to King’s Island. King’s Island, is an amusement park in Cincinnati that we have been to with them several times in the past, but it’s been awhile and since they are older I will be excited to go on some of the “big kid rides” with them.
As the summer is winding down, many of you are nearing the end of your current fitness program this month or over the next couple of weeks. So what are your plans after that? I HOPE, that you have had a change in mindset and will not go back to being unaware of what you are eating and how it might affect your health in the long and short term. Of course, you may have a cheat or something that you have resisted since you started and that is okay and probably a good thing. I know I will, I’ve been making a list in my head the past 70+ days. It may be too long to accomplish.
If you haven’t started thinking about what’s up next for you, you should. Maybe it is repeat the same program, but with different goals this time around? Maybe it is moving to a new program that will challenge you further? Maybe it is starting something you have always wanted to do, but do to your fitness level previously you couldn’t. GO FOR IT! That’s what I am doing, with the Ultimate Reset.

Ultimate Reset Invite
Last week I made everyone aware that I plan to start the Ultimate Reset on August 1st. So I just want to throw this out there again for anyone that may not have seen it. This will be a 3 week/21 day journey of NO WORKOUT, except for some dog walking…, and lots of high quality healthy eating. Actually by the 3rd week, it will be a completely vegetarian diet! I am a little concerned about that part of it, but after hearing about how others have fared with the program, I am very interested to see the results.
I have my blood work scheduled for the Monday before I start, so that I can really get a good idea on how things like cholesterol (HDL & LDL), blood pressure and the various other metrics that will tested.

Tony Crushes P90X2
