Hey Team!
How’s everyone been? Has the “Back to School” mentality set in yet? I’m fortunate to have a couple of kids that really enjoy school and everything about it. Well…except the homework stuff, they get it done, but there is quite a bit of reminding that has to go on.
I have just a few days left in the Ultimate Reset and I’ve gotta say that I have been really happy with it. Officially, I am down 8lbs since I started, but I don’t really feel like I have lost much muscle mass or definition as a result. I guess I find out for certain late next week as I start to ease back into things.
The food has been excellent, but I will admit that I haven’t prepared all of the meals “by the book”. I am not going outside of the meals within the nutrition guide, but simply substituting on occasion as needed. If you haven’t been following along, you can check out all of the daily thoughts from my site along with a video for each day.

Or check out the daily YouTube videos I have been posting to document each day.
Earlier this week, my motivation began to fade a little, but not for the reasons that you might think… Actually I was feeling SOOO lazy and hearing from others and how their workouts were going, I was really ready to get back at it. I was itching to get started with the new Beachbody program, Body Beast.
However, I knew that the main reason for going through the Reset was to give my body a chance to recover, really recover. I had been going hard for quite awhile and it was starting to take its toll, especially on my shoulder.
How’s your motivation? Are you thinking about giving up?
Think back to when you made the decision to get started. There must have been a reason WHY? How are you going to feel about yourself if you have giving up on YOUR reason WHY?
Without your health, you have nothing. This doesn’t mean that you have to make a complete 180 degree change in your life, though for some, that is necessary. You need to start making smarter choices…everyday! I disagree with the title of that book “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff”, well it’s the small stuff that add up over time to bury you. You need to set BIG GOALS, but also smaller goals that get you closer to that bigger one.
Strive for progress, not perfection! You can’t make it happen overnight and it may not always be easy, but, YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN. Reflect back on your WHY and refuel your desire to get moving and push play. Recommit yourself to your goals or set some new goals that will push you to your limits.
There is not tomorrow, only today…
Shakeology Sensory Panel
Starting this week, Beachbody is unveiling an unprecedented opportunity to broaden coach and customer involvement in the changes that they make going forward. Here’s where YOU come in…
Be a part of the Chocolate Shakeology Sensory Panel
If you would like to volunteer for the opportunity to be a part of the Chocolate Shakeology Sensory Panel (the CSSP), please complete the SURVEY (Link below) no later than this Friday, August 17th.
They will notify you by Friday, August 24th if you have been chosen, and those that are selected for the panel will be sent samples of the new versions of the formula to confidentially taste at home and provide feedback via a separate online survey.
Panelists will be chosen from all over the United States—you do not have to live in Southern California to be a part of this panel. So, complete the survey and get ready to personally contribute to flavor and sensory improvements to the new Superfood formula!

Lastly
I’m looking for a few select leaders this month to help us change the world. Beachbody has been an incredible opportunity and has allowed me to meet some amazing people. If you want to do something truly fulfilling while you’re working on your own health & fitness AND earning a nice side income, go here now… Beachbody Coaching Opportunity
Let’s help others and pay it forward!
How many of you have/know someone that you think would benefit from being a part of this group? We all probably know SOMEONE that may be struggling with health and fitness.
Who do you know that has high cholesterol, blood pressure issues or blood sugar problems? Do you know someone that needs to lose weight, tone up or gain weight?
If you think you know someone, even if it is just one person, let me know and let’s get them plugged in. A little friendly competition is always beneficial to those involved.
Got a question?
I also wanted to make sure that everyone on my team is aware that I am here for YOU! If you have ANY questions related to health and fitness, don’t hesitate to contact me directly either on Facebook or via email (coachchris@yourfitnesspath.com). I am always willing to provide feedback and suggestions on ways that you can get the results that you are after.
And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc. It really helps me get more exposure and grow our team!
2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.yourfitnesspath.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out.
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
