Hey Team!
I made it! This week I finished my 21 day journey through the Beachbody Ultimate Reset program. The program really was a “workout in the kitchen”! Instead of putting in an hour/day working out to stay fit and looking good on the outside, I was in the kitchen cutting veggies and prepping meals for the day.
I reached one of my major goals in the end as well…all 10 of my fingers are still intact! A lot of chopping and dicing is involved and I use one of those really, really sharp ceramic blade knives. I love that thing, but one false move and you might be looking at a trip to the ER.
I managed to lose a whopping 10 lbs in those 21 days! And after a couple of workouts this week, I noticed some loss in strength, but not too bad. The program certainly opened my eyes to some new meals that are quite healthy and easy to prepare at the same time. A few scheduling challenges were met along the way, but I was able to overcome those by planning ahead and stay on track.

Facebook Fan Page Live!
Some of you may have noticed that I recently launched a Facebook Fan page. I plan to utilize this for further engagement with all of you and anyone else that is looking for help and information about health and fitness. If you have a Facebook account and want to check into it, here is the URL:

This is a public page, so even if you don’t have a Facebook account you can check it out. I plan to put blog posts, YouTube videos and other motivational stuff out there. So everyone can stay plugged in. I am not abandoning the private Facebook group we have. I love that group and will continue to share info there often. This will just be a more public platform for everyone, not just team members.
