The month of February is almost over and the weather is getting warmer, Spring is nearly here! BUT don’t let that warmer weather detract you from your goals. Stay focused on your program and keep pushing play! You’ve all worked so hard to get to this point, don’t let that hard work go to waste!
Tropical Shakeology
So, I finally got my shipment of Tropical Shakeology this week and posted a full review for you to check out! It’s a great new addition to the Shakeology line-up, although Chocolate is probably still my favorite. I love chocolate! I’ll still incorporate Tropical in for those days I have a hankering for something fruity instead of something chocolaty. Read more about my review of Tropical Shakeology HERE.

Nutrition
Many of you still may have some nutrition questions; what should I be eating, how many calories should I take in, what supplements should I be using, etc… I am going to start putting together some additional articles that will help guide you through some of this, so look for that soon. Beachbody Challenge
