Hey Team!
Final week of Body Beast, round #2! Happy and kind of sad as well… Ready to move on to some new routines and new challenges, but also have nothing but good things to say about the Body Beast program! I plan to offer up my final measurements next week, they will serve as my results from this round and my starting point for my next challenge; P90X2/Asylum 2 hybrid.
I have also been busy putting the final touches on the new workout room. I love the new setup and just have a couple of more things to add. Yeah; then a couple more things and a couple more, etc. As I mentioned before, I post some photos on my site once I have it ready to present. I’d love to see your workout areas as well!
Ready for summer? How about after that?
There are basically 100 days until the official start of summer (6/21/2013) and I am planning ahead. On 3/18/2013, I am starting a new program and it is scheduled to complete on 6/16/2013, right before I head off to Vegas for a few days with my lovely bride! My goal is to be in my best shape yet! Then, I will enjoy the break from working out for a week or so, let me body recover as much as possible and then get back after it.
Far too often, I see people fall off the wagon once they have hit day 60 or day 90 and finished the program that got them where they are. They tend to revert back into old habits and plain just get lazy. What is even worse is they also add a mountain of self-guilt and that only compounds the problem.
Many times people just don’t ask themselves; “What am I going to do on day 91?”
Don’t let this happen to you!
I am currently on day 1527 of my transformation. You have to change your entire mindset and continue with a sustainable plan that works for you. This may not be back-to-back rounds of P90X or Insanity. These are just two examples, but they are extreme programs and you may find that for you and your schedule aren’t able to keep up with. THAT’S OK! If you got great results with a program and really enjoy it, keep going, there are a number of “maintenance” schedules that are available, but don’t just plain stop and go back to your old ways. It is MUCH, MUCH easier to maintain your results with 3-4 workouts per week then it is to just plain stop and then try to convince yourself that in a year, when you are ready, you’ll just start over. You’ve lost the momentum at that point and it’s quite possible that you won’t actually ever get started again.
Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean once a year you will “give it a try” for 90 days and then you are done with it. It’s about setting up consistency in all aspects, from a fitness and nutritional perspective.
Reminder – Lock in a Lower Price on Shakeology
Don’t forget that you’ll want to get Shakeology on Home Direct before the end of the month to avoid a price increase! On 4/1/2013, the price of Shakeology will jump up $10, so you are saving over $20 by simply taking action today. If you would like to try Shakeology before you purchase, I have samples that are available, you can request a sample here: Shakeology Sample

Equipment Needed for P90X
If you plan to take advantage of the P90X and P90X2 Challenge Pack promotions for the month of March, you may also need to consider some additions to your workout equipment. If you have never done either of these programs, you will likely need to invest or upgrade equipment you currently have been using. Check out a recent article that I posted that provides you with details on the basic equipment you’ll need to get started with P90X.
Here is the intro to the article:
“Ready to buy P90X, but not sure what equipment you will need in order to get results? The great thing about the P90X program is that you can do it with pretty minimal equipment. You certainly don’t need big expensive machines that are often found at your local gym.”
Save up to $50 on Ultimate Reset – March Only!
Much like the P90X and P90X2 promotions, a discount has been added to the Ultimate Reset Challenge Packs. Let’s help others and pay it forward!
How many of you have/know someone that you think would benefit from being a part of this group? We all probably know SOMEONE that may be struggling with health and fitness.
Who do you know that has high cholesterol, blood pressure issues or blood sugar problems? Do you know someone that needs to lose weight, tone up or gain weight?
If you think you know someone, even if it is just one person, let me know and let’s get them plugged in. A little friendly competition is always beneficial to those involved.
Got a question?
I also wanted to make sure that everyone on my team is aware that I am here for YOU! If you have ANY questions related to health and fitness, don’t hesitate to contact me directly either on Facebook or via email (coachchris@yourfitnesspath.com). I am always willing to provide feedback and suggestions on ways that you can get the results that you are after.
And 2 favors that I ask:
1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them. Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc. It really helps me get more exposure and grow our team!
2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.yourfitnesspath.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out.
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
