Hey Team!

Wholly smokes! With the first week of this P90X2/Asylum 2 hybrid behind me, that just about sums it up. The change of pace in the workouts has been great, but my body is definitely feeling it! Soreness has found new muscles to creep into and there are times I wonder if I had just been lounging on the couch for the past 3 months. I am hoping that this week most of that will be gone and my body will settle into a little groove. At least for the next 3 weeks, until Phase 2 starts, then it may be a new round of soreness and challenges. This weekend has been pretty busy too, so not a lot of time to think about how worn down my body is.

Anyone been watching the NCAA tournament over the weekend? Some pretty good games! I’ve had it on in the background while painting the house, so it’s been a little hard to stay tuned in, but most of the games have been competitive.
