First of all, head’s up to all of my U.S. team members; today is the final day to submit your tax returns! I actually was quite a bit later in submitting my returns this year, but I suppose when you expect to owe money to the govt. that just sort of happens naturally…
Rest week is over and the Strength phase of the P90X2/Asylum 2 Hybrid is about to kick things up a notch or two! The strength phase in this hybrid is 5 weeks in length and I have only really glanced at the schedule at this point, but the first week looks killer!
How is everyone else doing this week? I interact with many of you on Facebook, but if you aren’t there, shoot me an email and let me know how you are doing and if there is anything that I can do to help you!

New Challenge Group Starts on April 22nd
I am joining forces with another coach to start a new Challenge Group on 4/22/2013 and I want as many of my team members in that group as possible! Some of you have already committed and that is awesome, but I think we can get more and prove to my coaching counter-part that we have what it takes to show up and get awesome results!

For most of my life, I was and had been on the “scrawny” side and found it difficult to put on weight. That is until I started actually learning a little bit more about how to add muscle mass.
