Hey Team!
I know that I have beating the drum about Focus T25 loudly recently. However, until you guys have given it a try, I don’t think that you will appreciate how much fun these workouts have been and how much you can actually get done in 25 minutes! I am pretty much soaked with sweat when Shaun T calls “Time” at the end of every workout. The Challenge Group is having a blast with these workouts too! Everyone that is contributing to the group has been impressed with all of the workouts so far. The results of the first week should start coming in, so I am excited to see how everything is doing.
I officially start week #2 today and while the workouts are same, the order is not, so it keeps it a bit fresh. A couple of disclaimers for those of you who either don’t have the program yet or haven’t yet started… The 5 days a week and 25 minutes a day; well…that was a bit of a white lie.
There are actually 2 workouts schedules for Fridays, so a total of 50 minutes would be required. There is also a Stretch workout that is scheduled for Sundays. Before all of you start sending me or Beachbody emails about the misleading marketing; the 2nd workout on Friday is considered optional as well as the Stretch workout on Sunday. However, I would definitely suggest that you make an effort to get the stretch routine done, especially if this is your first fitness program in awhile, you will likely need the stretch and your body will recover faster from doing it. Also, if your goal is fat loss, then I would also suggest that you try and hit the 2nd workout on Friday, if not on Friday, then on Saturday.
I know, I know…that would mean you are working out 7 days a week and not 5 days. Again, consider your goals and do what you need to do to reach them!
