Hey Team!

We’ve got just 2 weeks left in the Beta cycle of Focus T25, it’s going fast! I plan to get my hand on the additional Gamma DVDs this week and start previewing those. I will post reviews of the Gamma workouts as I go through them, just as I did previously with the Alpha and Beta routines.

I am really enjoying the Beta routines, while the addition of resistance training isn’t as intense as Body Beast, it is a good change of pace and the burn is definitely felt with Upper Focus and Rip’t Circuit sessions.

Shakeology Shaker Cups

I owe a few of you a shaker cup since you previously ordered Shakeology on Home Direct or ordered a Challenge Pack. Currently, they are on back-order through Team Beachbody and have been for a few months. I am not certain what the delays are, but I believe it might be that they are changing suppliers?
