The final week of Focus T25 Beta Cycle is here! These 25-minute workouts are unbelievably effective and I can see really some improvements in both my endurance and my ability to stay with the group throughout. This is also the final week of including workouts from the Body Beast program. I plan to take a break from this program as I go through the Gamma cycle. I still might do some additional core workouts or hit some of the shorter workouts from P90X2 – No set schedule at the moment. I might also just take a couple of days to get some extra sleep… 🙂
While I haven’t yet looked at any of the Gamma workouts, I did receive it this week and the calendar does have two options; Pure Gamma and Pure Strength Hybrid. The first is just the Gamma workouts (4 total) with one of them repeated on Fridays. The second looks quire a bit more intense! It incorporates workouts from both the Alpha and Beta cycles of the program allowing for less repetition during the 4 weeks.

In case you might have missed it, next week I am planning on starting a new Challenge Group…with a bit of a twist. It is essentially a 7-day Challenge that incorporates a short 10-15 minute workout along with a daily serving of Shakeology, along with a daily recipe or two to try with your Shakeology. I will also offer some recipe ideas for lunch, dinner and snacks that you can try to incorporate during the week.
Here’s the deal though, since there is only 2 weeks to pull everything together, I’ll need you to take action NOW so that I can get your Shakeology Trial Pack to you, if needed.

Step 2 – Commit to tracking your nutrition with MyFitnessPal for the entire week!

Versa Gripps Review
Sometimes a new gadget or piece of specialty equipment can really make a difference. At least, that’s what I found with the Versa Gripps straps. I picked them up back in March and have been using them basically everyday since. Lifting heavier weights with these straps really alleviates the problem you might run into with weak grip strength or forearm fatigue. Check out my recent review.
