So last week was all about P90X3 and many of you took the opportunity to pick up this fitness program to either help kick-start your health & fitness goals for 2014 or to simply continue what you have already built on in 2013. Yesterday, Sunday, 12/15 was the last day to guarantee Christmas delivery, but you may get lucky, I ordered mine on Tuesday and it was scheduled to arrive today, Monday, but showed up on Sunday – BONUS!!!
So for me, delivery took about a week, but I was not expecting the Sunday delivery by the Post Office. Regardless of when you need it, you can still get FREE SHIPPING until the end of December.
P90X3 Challenge Group
For those of you that are interested, I’ll be starting P90X3 on 12/30/2013. I know, I know…I’m starting before the New Year, but I don’t think I could wait another week to get going.
I’d like to invite all of you that purchased P90X3 to join others and myself in a P90X3 only Challenge Group. We will all be going through the program together (Classic schedule) and we will all offer daily support and motivation throughout the 90 days.

New Years Resolutions
This is the time of the year when nearly EVERYONE starts to think about (if you haven’t already) a few resolutions that they want to work on for the New Year. Among those that are the most popular are “losing weight” or “getting back into shape”. Sound familiar?
Setting a New Year’s resolution is a great idea, but many times those that are set are very ambiguous and have no action plan to follow to keep those resolutions. If you have a resolution to “lose weight” for 2014, you need to be more specific about what that means or associate a specific goal that allows your to work towards and help you keep the resolution that you set for yourself.
A better way to state “I want to lose some weight in 2014.” would be; “Starting in January 2014, I plan to workout 3-4 days a week so that I can lose 25 pounds by the end March before I go on that cruise in the Caribbean.”
Doesn’t that sound more like a statement that has a more specific purpose behind it along with specifics about how you plan to go about losing some weight?
Starting a fitness program like T25 or P90X3 takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process is one way to accomplish this. Everything from the workout that you are supposed to do on that specific day is all laid out for you, as well as the nutrition plan to accompany the fitness program to ensure the best results.
Write down your health and fitness goals for 2014, share them with someone to help keep you accountable – share them with me if you like! Put them somewhere that you will see them everyday – on the bathroom mirror, in your closet or on a post-it note stuck to your refrigerator. The more that you see that goal of yours, the more you think about it, the more that you will have that goal in mind and be more committed to achieving it!
Think back to the beginning of 2013 or even 2012 when you might have had the same goals set for those years. Did you do some of those things I mentioned above? Were you just “kinda committed” to that goal of yours?

P90X3 Calendars
As most of you are probably already well aware, P90X3 was launched this past week with much fan fare. The program has 4 schedules to follow which include; Classic, Lean, Mass and Doubles. In the past not all of the available schedules were included with the program literature. I have put together all 4 for you in a PDF format and you can get them today, even if you haven’t yet received your fitness program!
