Do a bunch of reps and follow that up with isometric holds! This routine already has a pretty challenge sequence of exercises and when Autumn adds in the isometric hold in between all of the reps, it’s a real burner. That being said, you won’t need a lot of weight with this workout, so you might consider having a 2nd lighter dumbbell handy in case you go too heavy your first time through.
