Oatmeal with Blueberries
Here is a recipe that is my”go to” breakfast/pre-workout meal! Eating oatmeal plain can take some getting used to since most of the prepackaged oatmeal has a lot of sugar, however once you add just a couple of healthy options into the mix, you’ll forget all about that extra sugar.
Oatmeal, by itself can get a little boring, so find some ways to spice it up. Here is one option, but you could also sub in bananas, raisins or cranberries for a great alternative to the blueberries.
