Shop Fit Men Movement Apparel
We are excited to also launch the shop! Several of our members were asking for some apparel with the Fit Men Movement logo. It took us some trial and error to get things in place, but I am really happy with how things came out with the shirt, sweatshirts, and tanks that we have available.

Joel shares how he got started in the fitness industry and all of the fascinating steps in his life that lead him to becoming a Team Beachbody Super Trainer and co-creator of the Core De Force workout program.
An incredibly down to earth guy that has inspired a ton of people and given them a great platform to make real changes in their lives.

Episode 6 of the Fit Men Movement podcast was all about macronutrients. We break down each of them and provide you with some guidance on what foods are ideal for each macronutrient and also provide you with some optimal macro ratios for specific goals.

In episode 12 of the Fit Men Movement Podcast, we’re going to be talking about nutrition. You’ll get some perspective on how each of us approach nutrition and you’ll also learn some of our best tips to help keeping yourself on track. Towards the end we will be inviting you to join us in something special we have planned for October.

In episode 17, we sit down with our Mentor and Coach – Wayne Wyatt. In his personal life, he’s a successful orthodontist, a devoted christian, thoughtful husband and father to his 6 children. In the Beachbody world, he’s a powerhouse. Wayne is a 2x Top Beachbody Coach, has built one of the biggest coaching teams in the network, has coached 10’s of thousands of men and women, and continues to build and develop his business.
